Information we collect

For the waitlist, we collect details you submit, such as name, email address, phone number, institution, and role. As product pilots begin, Palzo may collect study configuration, questionnaire content, consent records, recordings, transcripts, and analysis outputs needed to run the workflow.

How we use information

We use this information to contact interested doctors, operate the product, improve research workflows, provide support, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.

Patient and research data

Palzo is designed for research workflows. Patient-facing flows should use study identifiers and consent. Doctors and institutions remain responsible for ethics approvals, consent language, and lawful use of collected data.

Service providers

Palzo may use infrastructure, communication, analytics, transcription, speech, and database providers to operate the service. Provider choices may change over time while preserving the same functional safeguards.

Data retention

Waitlist data is kept while we evaluate and communicate early access. Product data retention will depend on the pilot, study settings, and applicable institutional requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or remove waitlist information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, audit, legal, or research integrity reasons.
